CURRICULUM:

          The industrial Training Institute is meant for both genders and a total of 1074 Trainees are undergoing training in 58 units under 12 trades.  To cope with the ongoing demands of the Corporate World, two new trades namely 1) Plastic Processing Operator and 2) Computer Operator and Programming Assistant had been introduced under World Bank Scheme and a new trade Mechanic (Industrial Electronics) had been introduced in this Institute from August 2005.

SPECIAL SCHEMES:

Trysem,   Thadco and State Special Schemes were undertaken in this Institute.  The concept of training the rural youth and retrenched employees had been carried out.  Of late, the Thadco scheme has just been completed by July 2004.  Institute Managing Committee had been constitute as per G.O.(Ms) No. 169 Dated: 14.06.2004.
